Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and any form of bureaucratic surcharges levied by the country you are in.
Where We Ship
We ship Worldwide using a variety of different carriers depending on the size and location of your order. Please provide a delivery address where deliveries can be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday (except Tuesday), 10:30 am -3:30 pm and if you would like to make alternate delivery time outside these hours, please contact us.
Shipping Carrier
All our International orders are shipped via DHL, FEDEX, UPS or TNT.

Shipping Time
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse and we aim to manage this process as smoothly as possible. Please note that we will not be responsible for shipping delays if you do not provide a complete and correct mailing address. Courier companies do not deliver to Post Office Box addresses, however, so we kindly request that you have your shipment delivered to a home address or apartment.
Taxes and Custom Duties
International Orders are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis Goods purchased may be subject to customs or import duties. These differ based on the category of the items purchased. All customs, import duties or international taxes will have to be borne by the customer.
Insurance
Jaimini Astro insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.

Most items are shipped via the FedEx, Express or DHL Carrier. Please allow seven to twelve (7 to 12) business days from shipment to delivery. If you did not receive the item after 2 weeks, contact us at jaiminiastro@protonmail.com. Border Free orders ship via DHL (International Shipments). From India
No orders are processed on Tuesday ,Saturday and Sunday.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except on Tuesday & holidays)
Next Day air shipments placed and confirmed by 10:30 AM EST are delivered by the next business day, and 3 Day air shipments placed and confirmed by 10:30 AM EST are delivered within 3 business days. If there is a holiday during this time, shipments will be delayed.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO or FPO boxes. Please enter a Street address and full address in your country for your shipment to be delivered.
Tracking Details will be provided to you 3 Days (excluding Tuesday ,Saturday and Sunday) after receiving Payment. Please make sure to check the tracking number.
For the delivery of your order, FedEx will come 2 times to your home. If there is no one to receive the package, you will have to pick it up at local FedEx. IF NOT, package will be send back to us.
We Do Not take responsibility in such cases.
Shipping Costs : courier charges are included in our prices for delivery in India . For delivery outside India international Courier/ Shipping charges will be charged on every order.
Out-of-Stock Items : Due to special order requests, the high volume of purchases through the jaiminiastro@protonmail.com website and sometimes to circumstances beyond our control, some items may not be available.
