Today on occasion of foundation stone of Ram mandir being laid at Ayodhya, we present the Birth Chart of Shri Rama.
From Bala Kaanda chapter 18 Valmiki Ramayana:

ततो यज्ञे समाप्ते तु ऋतूनां षट्समत्ययु:।

ततश्च द्वादशे मासे चैत्रे नावमिके तिथौ।।1.18.8।।

नक्षत्रेऽदितिदैवत्ये स्वोच्चसंस्थेषु पञ्चसु।

ग्रहेषु कर्कटे लग्ने वाक्पताविन्दुना सह।।1.18.9।।

प्रोद्यमाने जगन्नाथं सर्वलोकनमस्कृतम्।

कौसल्याऽजनयद्रामं सर्वलक्षणसंयुतम्।।1.18.10।।

विष्णोरर्धं महाभागं पुत्रमैक्ष्वाकुवर्धनम्।

तत: then, यज्ञे when sacrifice, समाप्ते was completed, ऋतूनाम् of seasons, षट् six, समत्ययु: were spent, तत: then, द्वादशे मासे in twelfth month, चैत्रे in Chaitra month, नावमिके तिथौ on the nineth day of the rising Moon, अदितिदैवत्ये presided by Aditi as devata, नक्षत्रे when the star (Punarvasu)was in ascendent, पञ्चसु ग्रहेषु and the five planets, स्वोच्चसंस्थेषु are in their own and exalted houses, कर्कटे लग्ने in Karkata Lagna, वाक्पतौ when Brihaspati, इन्दुना सह along with Moon, प्रोद्यमाने was rising, कौसल्या Kausalya, जगन्नाथम् lord of the entire universe, सर्वलोकनमस्कृतम् bowed to by all the worlds, सर्वलक्षणसंयुतम् adorned with all the characteristics, विष्णो: Vishnu’s, अर्धम् facet, महाभागम् highly fortunate, ऐक्ष्वाकुवर्धनम् perpetuating the Ikshvaku race, रामम् Rama, पुत्रम् as his son, अजनयत् gave birth .

After the Fire Sacrifice was over, six seasons (one year) passed. In the twelfth month of Chaitra on the Ninth day (of the bright fortnight), with Aditi as presiding deity when the star Punarvasu was in the ascendant and the five planets are in their own and exalted houses, Karka lagna, when Brihaspati was in conjunction with the Moon, Kausalya gave birth to a son with all characteristics of Vishnu, Lord of the entire universe, world-honored One and adorned with all auspicious signs, glory of line of Ikshwaku, and the sum of all perfections. Rama was born.

Interpretation of Horoscope:

As there are no other details available, such as degrees of planets or Navamsa Chart, we have to base our interpretation on the Birth Chart only.
In the above shlokas about Ramji’s birth there is no mention of names of any planet.
Sun cannot be exalted fully exalted in Mesha as there we lose the tithi, it will be Ashtami. Exaltation or debilitation as such is a gradual process, and Sun in Meena (Pisces) may be generally considered as 80 to 90 percent exalted.
Jupiter is exalted in Lagna with Moon indicates a person of high birth, with long lasting fame, large religious following. Gaj Kesari Yoga of highest order as two exalted planets Saturn and Mars also aspect the Lagna, Jupiter & Moon.

Aspect of exalted Jupiter and exalted Mars on each other result in highest Moral values Maryada Purushottam.
Exalted Saturn in 4th house going away from home. Mercury lord of 12th aspecting lord of Seventh house Saturn in 4th resulted in Vanwas with his wife.
Rahu in the 6th in Dhanu (Sagittarius), Vishnu’s bow is called Kodanda Rama with bow and arrow, destroyer of his enemies.
Ketu in 12th Moksha, as in Avatar form Rama is covered with avaran of Yoga Maya, returns to Vaikuntha.
Mars exalted winning in all wars Shastra dhari.

In the 10th Chapter of Srimad Bhagavad Gita, Sri Krishna says as follows:
Shloka 31 रामः शस्त्रभृतामहम्। “Among the Shastra dhari I am Rama.
Venus exalted in the 9th house gives him all worldly opulence as he becomes The Greatest Emperor.
Sun as lord of 2nd in Meena 9th house with exalted Venus gives a peaceful end.
Mercury lord of 3rd in 10th gives high status to siblings.
