Muladhara :  How to activate the root chakra :

Chakra here means a vital level of energy, Chakras are energy-information centers that are formed at the junctions of the thin nadi channels, along which the vital force – Prana – moves.

Physical Yogic exercise: Virabhadrasana

The main ones are seven that are located along the channel of the Sushumna, Ida & Pingla : Muladhara, Svadhisthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddha, Ajna (Agya), Sahasrara.

The first, root chakra – Muladhara is located at the base of the spine, has a red color and is responsible for the basic human needs: survival, a sense of security, energy, physical strength, self-confidence.
In men, it is active and rotates in a healthy state to the right, and in women it is passive and rotates to the left.

Signs of a weak or malfunctioning root chakra:

  • Lack of self-confidence and self-confidence;
  • Lack of vital energy;
  • Physical weakness;
  • Feeling of Fear and Insecurity;
  • Anger and Cruelty;
  • Meaningless Violence;
  • Indecision;
  • Cowardice and Inability to Stand up for Oneself;
  • Lack of Ability to Overcome Difficulties.

The governing planet of the first chakra is Saturn, the zodiac signs associated with this chakra are Capricorn and Aquarius, respectively, according to the quality of Saturn and what planets are in these signs from the astrological birth chart, you can determine the potential and quality of functioning of the Muladhara. The planet Mars, acting through this chakra, reaches its maximum strength.

Methods of activate and harmonization of Muladhara:

  • Compliance with sleep patterns (go to bed before 9:30 PM, wake up before dawn before 5.30 AM);
  • Sport and exercise (it is important to listen to your body and choose the type of exercise that gives the most satisfaction);
  • Hatha Yoga and Pranayam;
  • Vegetarian diet (rejection of alcoholic beverages, smoking, meat, fish, eggs is these are all acidic and Tamsic in Nature);
  • The cultivation of ahimsa (non-violence);
  • Cultivation of common sense;
  • Practicality;
  • Men – protect women, children and the elderly; women – take protection from men and not strive to be stronger than them;
  • For women – to monitor their appearance, to be beautiful and attractive, not to wear too open clothes (skirts above the knees, deep neckline);
  • Living in a private home on earth;
  • Build a house, plant a garden or vegetable garden;
  • Walk barefoot on the ground.

The first period of the highest activity of this chakra is the age of 1 to 7 years. This is the period when the child is most in need of protection and care from the mother and his life is limited to basic needs. The longer the child feeds from the mother’s breast and is in her aura, the stronger and more confident he will be in the future.

Nowadays, children at very early age are taken off their mother’s milk. Replacing mother’s milk filled with Prana and Mother’s love with empty chemical milk formulas and giving them to kindergartens. Where they have to face indifference and fear from the earliest years when they are not yet enough strength to be able to protect yourself.

The destruction of personality in our era begins even before the period of its formation.

The result of this is that the vast majority of people suffer from problems in the first chakra.

The modern system of parenting obeys the general tendency to manage people through a sense of fear.

To get out of this continuous activation of fear, you first abandon the TV and other mass media and the consumption of mass culture products, because all these management tools are geared primarily to the cultivation of fear and the stimulation of Primeval Instinct. When a person feels unprotected and not confident in his abilities, it is easiest to control. The consciousness of animals is usually exclusively at the level of the first chakra and animals are constantly afraid, except when they eat, have sex or sleep.

Nowadays, most people are in the same consciousness of animals and this is convenient, because it is much easier to manage a herd of frightened sheep than strong, bold and confident people with high moral values, who may spend their lives for the welfare of society.
